they have 10 teams signed up at this point (which is roughly equivalent to the past several iterations of the cup)...so that's good news! I think it's going to be pretty exciting and the noise from the naysayers is starting to get a little quieter.

They have chartered their boat to Oracle Racing for two boat testing.
This is a bit worrying though, especially since they chartered their AC45 to Oracle before they even stickered it.
Rumour is that there will be an event in Valencia, I will definitely try to make it if possible.
So, that's just one more Saturday lottery chance till I give up on the Team VMG challenge then.
