Blue Nitril gloves?
Anyone know if they work fine with acetone? I was just wiping a piece of plastic down that I was going to hose down with contact adhesive, so I used acetone with gloves on to prep it. I mauled the tip of a finger the other day, and the wound was burning pretty good, so I wonder if they are as effective as I thought.
Any idea?
I work already years with nitrile (disposable examination) gloves when doing epoxy/aceton/glass things.
They are from M-SAFE in a blue box and are the only ones which have size XXL and have textured fingertips.
No,nop, nil problems with them in combination with aceton. In fact I changed to them from latex-gloves which teared every 5 minutes.

Actually the boy is in luck... some of the Hep C drugs they're playing with speeds up liver regeneration.
