I recall there was a ramp for sailboats at the North end of Miami Beach (about 87th Street). This ramp would take the boats across the beach into the ocean. There is some support to re-install it. Could an old-timer give me some history on the ramp in order to have a selling point with the City to re-install it. It would be very convenient.
