How many boats showed up ?? What were the conditons??

I'd be interested if someone would also comment on the NACRA 5.5 uni fleet mast situation - how many raced with aluminum masts, how many used carbon masts,and where did they end up in the standings?

I don't think there's much information to be gleaned on the aluminum v. carbon mast question, due to the fact that all of the top Uni racers in Michigan have updated to boats with carbon.
I personally made the change just at the beginning of this season and have jumped from being at the front of the second pack to contending for the lead.
I still don't like the feel of downhauling on the carbon stick, but overall the boats with carbon and the vinylester (sp?) hulls seem to have an advantage.
