The first boat I sailed on was a Cougar catamaran skippered by my uncle on Clear Lake in Iowa in the mid 1960's. I even got to crew in a race and take the tiller later on a day sail. That's the boat that got me hooked on sailing. Looks like Clear Lake still has an active fleet: http:/
