The weather service in SE CT is calling for warm (50ish) and windy (20ish) on Saturday Dec 2, so let's get those cats out for the holiday season! Barn Island launch is the place.

2 cats are up for the challenge so far. Any interest in Holiday Run II later in the month? (weather permitting)

That's the spirit!

Reminds me of Christmas in '81...it was '68 in Chicago, I was home from college, so we took the Sunfish down from the roof of the garage and were out on the lake all day. If we weren't between boats right now, we'd have been out a few times this past week...it's been in the low 60's since Thanksgiving until today.

Have fun!

Hey,
Who are you? I'm from Madison, ct but I'm going to school in RI... what kind of cats are you guys sailing? Sounds tempting but my 6.0 is packed away way to well to even think about taking it out.

Todd,

I've got an older H17, and there should be a N5.2 also. I've been sailing the 17 without wings to keep the sockets sealed and dry for the winter. I guess as long as the centerboards don't freeze in place I can sail all winter!
