EPIRB, which one?
I've never heard of that brand...not saying it's not worthy...just that I've never heard of it. I have always used ACR and recently bought one of these:

It's small and simple. ACR has been around a while.

I Second ACR as the best choice.
Even cheaper for ya, plus it says something about a rebate.

Not a rebate, a free ditch bag loaded with goodies. I got the same deal about 8 years ago with my older AquaFix 406 and still use mine. I have had to replace most of the goodies though.
This is what I have: http:/
Small, floats and nicely priced. Be aware they need overhaul every 5 years? I'm not really sure just know they don't last forever even if you don't use them!

Jake and Todd like that one too, your site has a better price though. 🙂
Coast Guard requires you to change the batteries every five years. Unfortunately you can't do this yourself and replacing them is very expensive.
I'm sure the FAA would require the airlines to change them every 6mo. and the batteries would have to cost at least 5 times as much, because to go on an airliner, they'd have to be
FAA Certified
.
30 years ago I was flying a small twin engine turboprop, about an 8 passenger size. One of the landing lights burned out so we flew with only one for quite a while. When I asked why not replace it, the mechanic told me a new one would cost $168.
This light bulb was about the same size you would use on a car, which at the time cost about $5...but it wouldn't be FAA Approved.
We just saw an America's Cup being raced on flying boats with wing sails. How much more proof do you need?
With aerial coverage that just got nominated for 5 Emmys, no less.
That's called the Ellison Version and you can't afford that one.
And requires a patch

Hydrofoils and wing sails used by the AC use custom 2-D foil sections developed by T. Speers and others for this application. Only thing that's the same is the software (XFOIL and wind tunnels for section design, FLUENT and OpenFoam, most likely for 3-D analysis, in conjunction with VPP packages by North and others). Your analogy is like saying a Boeing 777 uses the same ABS brake system found in my Toyota Corolla.
Here's what happened when Davis flipped ours on during the 2002 Worrell 1000.
Now I know why Brett pulled the eject handle in the 2010 Tybee!

Dude, it was a joke.

Thanks Jake, I'm glad somebody gets it!
And for you Sam, I mean, Psyco: http:/
I'm leaving Sebring for Dubai in a few minutes, and I'll be looking for shadowing Malaysions then testing my Toyota 12 wheel Anti Skid on the 777 when I get there, about noon east coast time tomorrow.
You boys have fun this weekend, see ya on Monday.
Why is the wind always blowing nicest when I have to go to work??

I see eighteen titties and two boobs.

As opposed to the sausagefest you two boners would be having.
p.s. The guy in your gif asked to sail with me , but he cried when I said Davis was my crew, so he brought us drinks instead.
