My question is will a carbon fiber mast from a Inter 18 work on a nacra F18 and what would one expect to pay for a used carbon fiber mast in decent condition

Not sure if it will work or not, but it definitely will not be class legal.

If you don't have your heart set on the old carbon mast which is really heavy and stupid stiff I'd give a hard look at the Infusion stick. Better mast and better sail to go with it.
