Everytime I see that picture this little song plays through my head:

that's pretty good...but I keep hearing the theme from "Close Encounters".

In the text it says that the owner paid $8000 for it two years ago...ouch.

I did get back to check this boat prior to leaving Honolulu. Got on the dock, but did not board, the owner was not there. The boat appears to be well made and sturdy. It would be an interesting project if I lived there. This is a great location for day sailing. Keehi Bay is beautiful, but is right on the west end of Honolulu International Airport. The inter island air traffic flys right over this Marina. The facilities are OK, and a good local's resturant and bar is right there. The inside area appears to be snug, would want to open up for more ventilation. As noted in the description, it would be a low cost place to live, with sailing possibilities. Looks like there were no bidders, so it is still available.
