Cleaning up the boat and noticed 3 or 4 stress cracks in my comptip. A big deal or not? Anyone have any experience or advice?

where abouts are the cracks? Near the tip or near the extrusion? Also how long/wide?
How old is the comptip?

Talked with the local Hobie dealer and followed through on his recommendation to lay up the comptip fracture area with fiberglas. The comptip is constructed of fiberglas anyway. Worked out well and the repair is hardly noticeable. Will see how it behaves under the stress of sailing conditions next week.
Seems some comptips can be a bit on the fragile side.
