This just came across my desk that may help us all in the future.
All sexually explicit spam must carry a warning. The FTC requires spammers to identify such messages with the phrase

sexually explicit

in the subject line.

If you receive that sort of message without that warning, forward the email to the FTC at spam@uce.gov
