I'm currently working on a WTC recovery team in lower Manhattan, and I keep looking at all the water around here and thinking this would be a great catsailing area. Does anyone have advice on good access for a small cat, and possible short-term storage in this area? Are there any large restricted areas? Thanks for any advice.
