I am going to look at a used hobie 16 the hulls have a slightly wavy apperance. I know that this will impede performance but I'm a begginer and not planning to race yet. Does the wavy appearance indicate that the hulls are shot? Or are they usable for recreational sailing. THanks

Push on the hulls with the palm of your hand. If they give at all, walk way.
