Hey all, I smashed my glass inter 20 mast head this weekend while being stupid and need to replace it. Murray's sells a replacement that is cast aluminum, does anyone have any experience with this replacement? Is there anywhere to get the original glass mast head? Thanks in advance, Tim.
You could either buy the one from Murrays, or you could make your own out of fiberglass or carbon . I don't know if you have experience working with these materials but it wouldn't be hard to make your own with off-the-shelf materials .
Yeah, I'm not sure my glassing skills are at that level. I could probably re-glass the piece together myself, but it would likely look fairly ghetto. I was hoping someone with a broken mast maybe had one laying around.

Are you sure the cast piece Murrays sells actually fits the carbon mast? Be aware that their are aluminum inter 20 masts floating around, with associate parts, as the I20 carbon masts became difficult/expensive/impossible to source.

It fits... it is factory part #31211. I put one on a few years back when the carbon fiber ones were back ordered and the cost went up significantly...
