Apparently she is safe and well in St Maartin. Will anyone be able to stop her?

Well, she would need the boat, and that's back in the Netherlands, isn't it?

It would take months to prepare another boat for an around-the-world voyage. By then it would be July, when she apparently will be allowed to go anyway.
