I completely blew up my 1981 Nacra 5.2 traveler car, bearings, sheaves, turning block, etc.
When it went with a pop, all that stuff became air born and went into the drink...well except for the non-captive bearings that dribbled out and then into the drink.
All I have left is the main block, traveler car skeleton and track.
Where can I get a replacement traveler car and all the related pieces and parts, with captive bearings that will fit the existing track????
Go to the store on this site. Rick should have the bearings/rebuild parts for the traveler. His store will also have the swivel cleat base. Get the heavy duty one, I've had bad luck with the lite ones. You can use your old cam cleats and bulls eye. Get some SS rivets also.
Btw, if you don't have a stopper knot in your traveler line to stop it before it hits the red stop at the end of the track, put one in. Figure 8.
