Even the one on the link you sent me doesn't seem to work?!?!? I have Adobe Acrobat Reader, and am able to view some of the other docs, just not that one. Any advice? Would you be willing to fax me one if I cannot work it out?

try right clicking it and selecting download. Make sure you have the latest copy of Acrobat Reader too (5.5 I think).

Thanks - I tried it again and it worked. I wasn't being patient enough. The others opened so much faster I assumed it was messed up - thank you!
