I just wonder where I can find a complete list of Nacra serial numbers, or at least an 'official' reference how to interprete the number of my u.s. made inter 20.

Can someone please tell me what year of origin the boat is?
The dealer sold it as of 2001.

yesterday somebody told me, 'a001' would be a kind of pre- series....whatever.

My 2000 model survived a worrell 1000 race here in the states, so I don't think there were any design issues to work out...
I know a 2001 stock boat would need auto-tacker jib and mid-pole snuffer to mimic today's boats... Maybe a Gen III rudder blade, too. But that's probably it. All of these upgrades were made in later models...
