Scuttlebutt (and others) reported that the court upheld GGYC, rudders are out, and so is RAK.
A little closer to racing, I guess. I hope they get it together and agree to have a best of 7 series, that's probably the only real news that I would be happy to see.

yup. Court of appeals upheld the BMWO favorable rullings for both the venue and the LWL measurement process. We're going to Valencia and BOR-90 (soon to be christened
USA
) just left town today.
By the way, the cargo ship with all the BMWO gear on board can be tracked live. They have the hammer down cruising south at 18.6 knots.
