HI !!
I'm Bille ; & New to your forum. If ya read this article, Ya may like it. I'm into Lots
of stuff but always enjoyed sailing, ((A LOT)) !!

http://www.thekiteboarder.com/wordpress/2010/10/the-unstoppable-billy-floyd/

I purchased a Hobie 21 SE a few years back mostly because i didn't think i'd ever
be able to kite board again after loosing both legs below the knee's in 2007 . Turns out
i can kite Quite well without them. Went on a Prindal 18'ish & a Hobie 18, and
found the tramp & my legs kinda don't get along too well, That's Why the post
topic on plans for a Shark. I plan to put a Hard deck out of Ply-wood at first. After
the dementions are figured, i'll make a Carbon Kevlar & honeycomb deck which
will weigh

Kinda-Light

.Kevlar Only works when Not exposed to sunlight.

Got lots of work on her ; One centerboard is perfect, one is Toast. Same for
the rudders. Lucky for

Broke

Me, i can make molds & know composites well.
The Hulls are near Perfect, and the sails should yield me a few years of service.
After which, Lucky i can also Sew and have a computerized machine, use to work
for a HG shop sewing sails.

ALL in ALL -- i Fully plan to be sailing this Cat by early to mid summer !!
Lake Mohave in Nv, isn't very Big but it blows near 25-30 (A LOT). My buddy
told me that a 4 mile wide lake that blows 25 is Way TO0oo small for a boat like This!
It's fairly long though, that's why the chop is mostly 2 to 3ft high most the time.
Should be FUNNNNNnnnnnn !!!!!

If i can figure out How to post pictures i'll add a few, they go on as attachments
that Ya gotta click on to view ??

Bille
