I lost my Nacra 5.0 traveler car, the Prindle car looks like a good replacement, particularly because of the price. Does it work fine? Is it for the same track size?

Prindle had two different traveler cars for the P-19. The first was just 4 Nylon rollers with NO ballbearings. A stonecold bitch to move under load. They upgraded to a traveler car with 4 SS rollers with ballbearings. Much easier to move under load, I believe it is a RONSTAD part actually.

Good Luck

I can't imagine that it would - though I'm not familiar with the Prindle car. All the Nacra cars have been Harken cars as long as I can remember.

None of my Nacras' cars were interchangeable with my p-19. Nacras (5.0 and 5.5) had bolt-on Harken track, and Prindle had integral Prindle track.

good luck!

Thanks, I was almost ready to order. The harken is quite expensive, I think I will try with this one, (Nautos, from Brasil)

Instead of passing the line throug, I will just tie it to the car, make it 1:1. At least for now, that budget is not so generous..
