Does anybody know of any regatta scoring software?

Absolutely
This is a great free windows based scoring program which is frequently updated with new features. While many other programs exist.... this one has been error checked by lots of clubs. You should also download the US sailing portsmouth database from the web site as well. Many thanks to Colin and the volunteers that have made the program what it is.
