This early season has been hard on my 1980's Nacra 5.2.
I blew up a sail last week and the next time out my traveler car blew up.
That resulted in all those little non-captive ball bearings going to stay with Davie Jones.
Does anyone know what Harken or other brand replacement traveler car will fit the existing track???
Time and deferred maintenance just seems to take its toll.

You can buy new bearings and there is also a little tool (Harken bearing Loader) that you'll need to slide the traveler back on once you replace all of them.
I believe there a 38 little bearings total needed to do the job, and they are sold 21 per pack.
I am sure you find them at Rick's On-Line Store.
Regarding your sail, how tall is your mast?
