Hi,

I don't know; I thought the Fox was an iF20... It could be a self-declaration error because the ISAF SCHRS system which was used at the event recently changed iF20 from .94 to .95 (by removing a carbon penalty). See http://www.schrs.com ...

There again, the table lists values based on specific measurements and 'formula' values based on what is presumably min/max parameters (as appropriate) of the formula rule. So a boat which is an iF20 may or may not have the same rating as 'the' iF20 value... I think Texel lists actual/formula values as well...

Colin

Thanks Colin

Good pic of Will and Mark sailing the T in the Solent ,-this team had their daggerboards rip through the Jav 2 hull after hitting a ray in the Tybee 500 , and also a past W-1000 team - http://www.fastcatrace.com/---
Is there a good pic of your new F-18 in there Colin ,-
thanks -

Nope, I was buzzing around Swansea Bay getting used to it; lotsa fun, but knackered today... 🙂 Incredibly light steering after sailing a skeg boat like the Dart 18...
