Learn the Racing Rules DVD
America's Cup veteran and US SAILING Racing Rules Committee Chair, David Dellenbaugh hosts this outstanding 2 DVD set. Disk one covers Right of Way Rules. Disk two covers Rules at Mark and Obstructions. The DVD set also features video and computer animations, this new edition covers the rules all the way around the course.
