Meant to delete this topic after I used it to generate notification emails.

I'd be very interested to know if anyone has suddenly started receiving notifications in their inbox. If so, please don't report these as spam. You have probably been receiving them all along but they were going to your spam folder or being dropped by your ISP.

and use the Follow Lists section on the left to unfollow Forums, Topics, or Users.

For anyone interested, what I was working on was improving delivery of the notification emails and keep them from being, dropped, delayed, or routed to your spam/junk folders by the big email providers.

Because of the massive amount of spam and fake (phishing) emails sent out these days providers like AOL, Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook etc. have really cracked down and are blocking many legitimate emails.

All the emails sent out by the Catsailor.com forums now come directly from the catsailor.com domain.

For my fellow geeks, the emails now pass checks for SPF and DKIM and I'm using DMARC notifications.

Hopefully this will help revive these forums and make it more useful.
