Greetings cat sailors,
I hope to be moving to lakefront property in Texas in the next year. I will be flying to Dallas the first weekend in Dec. to look at several lakefront homes south & east of there. I would very much appreciate hearing from those of you who live in Texas and know where the good sailing lakes are so I can concentrate my efforts in the right places. So far I am looking at Lake Tyler, Palestine, Richland Chambers and a couple others.

I'm no expert on Texas lake sailing (being based on the gulf), but if you go to The NAHCA Division 6 website and shoot the chairman Mike Rohrer an email I'm sure he can put you in touch with those in the know.

For what it's worth the most fun Texan lake I've sailed on is Buchanon - mainly because it can be outrageously windy!

Chris.

Robi,
Thanks for the compliment on hull #57. It was bought in Sydney, Australia, towed to Melbourne, checked out by the factory and shipped from there to the west coast. Whole transaction from start to finish took about 4 months, but what a Prize !
