Everyone should take the opportunity when they check their rating to send your 2006 dues to the Multihull Council Golden Anchor program.
It's one of the nuts and bolts things that US Sailing provides that keeps you out racing

The data geek in me wants to find a copy of the old listings and then merge the two tables, find the deltas, then b*tch and moan about certain boats getting ratings bumps 
Forunately its friday, and my data geek is being fufilled by gobs of PLSQL work at the moment.
