marathon all day, but this is in the 9pm episode. It is in an episode with a couple of other things, so don't give up if it is not shown first.

Their website has a ton of stuff on it (I didn't spend enough time to see if entire episodes were available), so you may be able to watch it sometime in the future.

All of the How its Made episodes are also available as Torrents btw, for those who don't get Discovery.

There is also an episode showing the manufacture of North 3D laminated sails. Pretty impressive stuff.

I recorded it and watched last week. Fun for us sailors to see cats sailing! Too short and a bit confusing to anyone who had never seen a similar process. These segments go by fast. They spent some time showing the foam core being formed to fit the hull. Some time on the vacuum bagging and resin infusion process. Then the final frame assembly. What did it say? 6 weeks to build a boat?
