Ok I dig it.

Doesn't look like your typical lake boat.

Are there traps on it or can I just not see them?

Love the colors too!

The bows look just like a Blade F16! Is that the 28 foot Ventilo? Very cool ride!

On the red boat it looks like the starboard rudder is kicked under more than the other. Are they adjustable on the water or am I seeing things???

Andi,
Can you please redo those pictures to fit within the forum frame? Or, PREFERABLY, do them as attachments?

Thanks.

Mary

The rudders are canted. What you think is one rudder angled forward is an optical illusion.

Wow, what exciting boats.

It's a shame we can't generate mainstream interest for this type of sailing technology in the US. Hell, many in my yacht club think a Flying Scot is high performance!

Sorry, everybody. We had to delete the pictures because they were so BIG. Makes it impossible to read the posts.

Sorry, Andi. I hope you can re-post the pictures as attachments or at least in a size compatible with the forum width.

Thanks.

Maybe Andi can provide a link to where we might see the pictures full size? They did look pretty good there for awhile though!

Racks but no traps? I wonder why no wires.

Yeah, the 'chrome' seems to be all the rage lately. Most of it, however, has a 3 year outdoor rating - it starts to turn white after that...but if you keep your boat out of the direct sunlight when not sailing, the 'chrome' should last quite a while.

The rudders are canted and have T-Foils.

Platinum has a softer, more elegant luster.

Take a look at http://www.mari-cha4.com/pub/frameset.php and go to Gallery, Construction. They used paint for a highly reflective surface.

All that 'big boy toy' expenditure but no dollars to get young people sailing. Too sad.
