I'm guessing that they aren't located in Florida, and that overnight shipping to Miami from Cali is going to probably be as much as the sail itself.

Race starts at 8am and it takes at least a half hour to get to the starting area. 🙁
They are willing to drive as far as up as Daytona this afternoon if they can beg, borrow, or steal a sail.
have him rig at Hobie Beach there on the causeway (or bring the boat sans mainsail there, and meet the package delivery, rig and go)
It's an F-18 for heaven's sake. They can make up that 30 minutes before they hit the flats...
