I'm trying to get a HIN for a 2000 Boyer (insurance company 🙁 and was told that the US agent could possibly assist. Anyone got a POC?

I went through the same issues. The HIN was written on a white space in the hull, but the ink had faded out. I put a digital camera in the hull and took some pics of the tag and deciphered it the best I could with what was available. The ins. main concern would be that they are paying a claim on the proper boat.
The AHPC importer (they made my Boyer) is Robbie Daniel and Jill Nickerson /Fun in the Sun. They are at the Alter Cup right now supplying C2s for the event.

You could also deduct yours from other known numbers. Mine's still visible (barely) and I'll PM you with it this evening.
