There has been some problems.
Don't register on line.., call reservations and tell them you are with either the Wave or Tradewinds. Do it soon.
If you are already registered and did not talk to reservations, it would be a good idea to let reservations know you are with a regatta.
It seems a number of Wave sailors have not done so and the hotel thinks no one is coming, so did not comp a room for administration and scoring.., big problem
