Looks like it coming together to have the Wave Worlds in the Turks and Caicos over the Columbus Day weekend, with 4 days of racing in paradise.
Sounds like it may be hosted by a major resort in Provo on the Turks. There is a huge, protected cove on the north side of the island that should give us the good Tradewinds, yet still maintain flat seas.
The local club there is going to provide 20 boats (donated by the local resorts) and we will take up to 40 competitors that will sail in a round-robin.
Details will be forthcoming.
Airfare by American runs under $400 RT and rooms there will be around $100.
Should be a blast.

We are making arrangements for a group airfare with American Airlines for the event. Once that is done, they will issue us a code number. When you make reservations, you just give them the code number and you will get a discount.
