I thought it was the end of the world! Our site was down all day and nobody was answering the phone all day at our server and I called and e-mailed every number I could find. The head computer guy is on vacation in India, so I figured he must have taken a job with Dell and abandoned us.(Every time we call for service with Dell, we talk to somebody in India.) But it turned out that a partner in the company died unexpectedly and they were very short-staffed, so nobody around to get our web site back on line until this evening. If this happens again, we will have to find a new server. Sorry about the inconvenience to everybody.
