Just saying. I don't have any wrap-around shades.

These galsses are very amazing and useful. Importantly during the swiming these
glasses are very helpful and important for safety of eyes. These glasses have
the quality of controlling the waves and its danger.

The art of climbing a rope with the navyseal-technique, I learned already 47 years ago in the dutch army on the officers-school.
In fact it was part of the exercises you to had to perform (under a time limit) for your sport-medal.

So, nothing new here.

However it's a painfull memory because at that time (I was 20) I was even able to climb without using legs in a L position into a rope of 20 feet.

Nowadays I have to clamcleat all my sheets because I can't hold them for more then one minute!!!!!!!

I don't need dark glasses to climb a rope - I need a blindfold
I used to be able to handle heights when I was a young roofer/builder, as I have got older and done less climbing, I get all sweaty and freeze up like a total looser!

So Paul, you agree with me that it should be forbidden on this forum to present exercises which strive after "the art of (read young) manliness!

That for the tranquility of mind of the senior cat-sailors
