Hi All,

I sold my soul to the devil and joined a mono-frostbite league.

Does anyone have any tips on good winter sailing gloves?

We started last weekened shoveling 6-8 inches of snow off our boat... Brilliant!

Wal-Mart sells these lovely neoprene gloves with pretty tough palms. They are a littel bulky for dealing with knots in smaller lines, but warm. We had a few pairs that we used for jet skiiing, one guy did use them on the cat for a while. The will where out relatively quickly when your pulling lines alot, but they're only like $10

We sell them right here on our site at http://store.catsailor.com/tek9.asp?pg=products&grp=112
and the Cold Water Gloves are specifically at

I certainly am not the one to vouch for them, however, as I am not crazy enough to sail in temps less than 80 degrees. <img src=

At 70, I might even try them out. Your blood really thins out down here in the Keys.
