David Lennard and I are planning on doing some ocean training out of Wrightsville Beach next weekend. The plan on Saturday is to set a waypoint 30 miles North, and sail there/back on Saturday (Nov 2), then set a waypoint 30 miles South and sail there/back on Sunday (Nov 3). We're planning launching/retrieving from the Blockade Runner.
Are any other teams interested in joining us?
FWIW, we should have a pace boat/photographer following us on Saturday.
We'll be trying our our surf rudder mods to see how it works...
