Gary's F16 Stealth is moving to my backyard(Yippee!), so I'm scanning for help getting the boat from Marina del Rey closer to me here in Spokane. Anyone travelling north in the next 2 weeks who might be willing to drag it along for even part of the way? Money could change hands. Thanks!

Did you solicit bids on Uship.com? You can probably have a pro do the job for about 50 cents a mile.

Ok, I'm asking again! I appear to have purchased another boat that's way far away. The ARC/Supercat 22 is on it's trailer in Jensen Beach, FL, and it's new home is to be Flathead Lake in NW Montana. Can anyone help move it westward(within a days drive?) in the next month, pretty please! I have cash to distribute freely. Thanks!!!!

Wow, Flathead lake. I grew up in S Alberta, just north of the Montana border. We used to drink mucho cerveza in Kalispell, & ride our big bikes around Flathead Lk in the afternoons. Beautiful country that, you have everything, good hunting fishing, skiing, boating, & no hordes of retarded people at every junction trying to go the same place you are.
Thw waters warm, suns hot, & that is a big lake, you'll have a great time. Hope you work something out.

Wow, that's close to me, I'm in Cranbrook, BC. An hour from Eureka MT. Do you know if there is any organized cat sailing stuff in this region? I have a SuperCat 17.

I have a bunch of cousins in Cranbrook, we used to spend a week or two around there, Creston, over to Penticton every summer. I have fond memories as a kid of camping in Wasa, Jim Smith park, the big park in Cranbrook,(Gyro?) remember that huge block sized swimming pool with the two story slides? You could never get away with building something like that today.
I don't personally know of any organizations, but there has to be some other Cats. Koocanusa is a big lake, & there are many other recreational lakes in the area. Maybe Invermere is to far for a day trip, but lots of swimming boating there. Sandpoint Idaho was a favorite place as a kid, with Lake Pend Oreille. When I go back home to Alberta I see kite surfing taking off, not many Cats. Is there a Hobie dealer in YXC? Or a dealer for smaller dinghies like Lasers, they would know where the day sailors hang out or any clubs you could look into.
Where do you sail it now?

Hi there, thanks for the reply. There is no sailing anything for dealer support in Cranbrook that I know of, no clubs either that I have been able to find. I think there is a sail maker or something in Invermere but that's a ways away from me. I usually do my sailing in Moyie but am wanting to go try out columbia lake from the provincial park close to Canal Flats. We only moved here a couple of years ago and the sailing hobby is new to us since we've lived in Cranbrook.
