How stable will the boat be in 15mph+ wind? Will I still need to buy traps?
In general, how well do the wings work in day to day sailing?

i have never seen a h16 with wings but i am sure you wont need traps unless you really want to push it
you dont really ever have to trap. you can point higher (pinch), travel out, and play it safe on any cat.
i sail with a few cats with wings (H17, H18, h21, mystere 6.0, ) and they do add weight, make righting harder but they make the boat soooo much bigger (bodies off the tramp), and in good air.. who cares about the added weight. In light air.. they will suck
