dear hullfler or anyone with info; what do u have to do to obtain beach rights to leave cat mast up in del ray beach or elsewhere in south fla? Saw an add for condo that claimed purchase conferred beach rights i counted over 40 cats on beach no one sailing? want to bring a cat to fla each winter but be able to leave mast up all year round.
