Nearly impossible to tell from that picture, the hulls on the 14 and 16 are nearly identical except scale.
id say its a 16.
16 has stays on hulls and 14 has stays on tramp frame. That said between the dolphin striker and what appears to be adjusters on the hulls I say 16. However its likely that the seller knows what he or she has.
Looks like a 16 but it could be a dress up H14 Turbo. If it's a 16 and the guy thinks its a 14 talk him down a little, haha
That is a H16, if the seller thinks it's a H14, do like cezo823 says, after you check the cat out, make them a cash offer. Just maybe you go home with a H16 in good condition for a great price........ 😎

Did you find out for sure? We should make a list of "visual cues" to tell them apart.
no i never asked...... but if you compare the hull sizes to this one http://lakeland.craigslist.org/boa/2667732674.html they look bigger.
