You might want to try the search function.

As I understand, Factory trampolines are the best. However, I love my one piece bias cut mesh tramp from SLO sails and canvas. Very well made and no lacing up the middle... Many pro sailors on here. Seems everyone likes something different. I guess It depends where you live, weather, vinyl/mesh ect.
Should be someone local to you that could replace yours for ya!

Tim

Your tramp is one piece and laces only in the back already.
The sides have tabs that go through the deck edges.
Because of the porthole cutouts, i don't know if they offer a bias cut one for the 16.
I have a tramp from SLO Sails as well and am happy with the workmanship.

sunrise yacht makes the highest quality tramps i have seen

SLO was sent a tramp (by me) as a template and never returned the tramp, nor did the job, nor returned my calls or emails ... so i will never recommend them (do a search on this site for the full details)

Well I tried race day tramps. I will let you know what I think once I have it installed.

Ordered half dozen tramps from SLO this year and they all came within a week or better & fit very well. Pete

I replaced both of my wing tramps and the boat tramp last year with Hobie made tramps and they are top notch. My original tramp ,'89 vintage lasted 23 years and still has some good life left in it. I found new one sitting on a store shelf and couldn't pass it up. 😉

I just got a new tramp from Sunrise Yachts and have no complaints. http://www.multihullnets.com/Prices/Nets/StockBeachCat/bcSelect.aspx

I called Tampa Catamarans to get a quote since they advertise on here - I've now called twice and left a message both times and they have yet to call back. Since the last call to them, I have spoken with and emailed Andrew at SLO several times, gotten a quote for a new tramp and was mailed samples of material to chose from

For me, time was an issue and I needed a tramp shipped to Michigan in a week. That was going to be a squeeze for SLO.

Sunrise Yachts and Race Day both had tramps for a P-16 in stock and could ship right away. However, the Sunrise prices were around $400 shipped and the Race Day was $269.00 shipped. No issue with Sunrise, as many of you have pointed out they make very high quality tramps.

But I will gamble with Race Day this time. Ebay showed high satisfaction from previous buyers. I will be first to let you know if I made a mistake.

I have a P-16 with a slo trampoline on it. I can't say much for the long term durability because it's new, but it appears to be quality craftsmanship

Does Anyone know where I could find a Hobie Trampoline (boat and wings) for a Hobie 21SE? This is my first option. Baring that - is there any manufacturer out there that sells a factory replacement in heat welded vinyl?

An advertiser here at TheBeachcats.com has a nice product at a good price.
http://stores.tampacatamarans.com/

They have both the main and wing tramps.

+1 more on SLO, I had some custom requests and they were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Workmanship is great. I don't know about the other guys though. I'm also very surprised with MN3's experience, they've been great in the past year that I've worked with them, I'm working with them on a new sail set right now.

I read MN3's truly tragic story here in TheBeachCats.
The local scuttlebutt in CA is that the Patriarch of the business (SLO) passed away without choosing or training a next in line. There was confusion and conflict for quite some time before things settled and the current staff came up to speed. I don't know where in that process MN3's order fell, but I have seen family battles over businesses stay ugly and self-destructive for years- some never recover. SLO is currently making quality tramps- I own one.
SLO owes MN3 a resolution, no matter what the situation was at the time.

I went with the Sunrise Main and Wing tramps - should have them in a couple weeks. I'll report back once I've got them on the boat...

The first time I raced offshore there was a 32 foot cat named Katana.
Naming my cat Wakizashi, being smaller, seemed a fitting name.
