No expert but i've been to Provo a couple times and sail both times , some options are
1) most hotels have hobie waves and may loan them to people for a tip$
2) there is a sailing club there with small boats and a few cats
3 our best sailing day was getting a day pass for club med $80 and eating ,drinking and using the cats for a day and In the Turks that's a great value . They have about 7 waves and 2 or 3 getaways and are not afraid to put them out on windy days. Good sailing !

And we'd be totally fine with a Getaway... a Wave if that's all we can get would be fine too. We don't need to set any speed records we just want to cruise and hopefully make it to some uninhabited islands
