I'm making the trip down to Ft. Myers, FL from March 10 - 17th. If anyone knows of a place where I can leave the mast up, That would be great. I'll probably end up leaving the boat on the trailer at the bait shop on the corner going out to Sanibel. And if you're in the area, come sail away with me lad.
Also, any general tips for a fresh water sailor?

I too will be sailing near Ft. Myers from March 12th through the 18th.
We are camping at Cayo Costa State Park. Let's meet up on the water for a cold beer. 😎
That's right in my neck of the woods. My crew and I plan on circumnavigating Sanibel one day if the wind is right you should join us. We will be launching from the causeway. :prost:

And let's also plan a sailing trip on Lake Michigan this summer. I like to launch at Weko Beach and I am OK trying new places out. So let me know where you like to sail from........... 🙂
