N20 a couple of questions.
1. The self tacker has a limiter line that attaches to a jam cleat at the base of the spin pole. Is this to simply keep the car from slamming the ends of the track, or is it used for sail trim as well.
2. Spinnaker halyard tension vs. tack line tension. I assume the higher the winds and or point of sail dictates how much luff tension I put on the sail. Or is there another explanation to how tight the spinnaker luff should be?
