September 29th: The Neptune Festival regatta is a one day event on the oceanfront of beautiful Virginia Beach. There is easy launching and setup space as well as a protected inlet to get out to the ocean. The skipper's meeting is Friday night featuring fre beer and a raffle. The party Saturday night is REALLY great--we get a roped off place right in the middle of the festival with a barbeque buffet. FOGHAT is playing and there is a great fireworks display that evening, too. This is a good time!!
