Does anyone have any info on plugging and redrilling rudder bolt holes for Hobie or other rudders?
What type of plug, what kind of material, how to glue in the plug ect.
This would be for the standard plastic type Hobie rudders, or any EPO type.

mix up some west systems epoxy according to directions and add west systems 406 Colloidal Silica filler until consistency of catsup. tape up one side of rudder hole and pour epoxy in until full, use a pin or similar size wire to ensure no air bubbles. after cure remove tape and sand top side if needed, mark and re drill. go sail.
