Been waiting for a response since I emailed him Wed night. Hmmm..... Real deal?

The seller responded to me on Sunday afternoon and said they were available, I said I can get there on Friday and he sold them out from under me they were sold yesterday locally.

Me too - I had arranged travel and everything to pick em up on Thursday - really ticked off

There was no hesitation - I told him I would drive up that day and he asked me to hold off so he could get me some better pics so I could be sure it was what I wanted. Basically he is an unethical person who clearly is truth challenged.
Anyway water under the bridge now
This is how I got over it, Took 1/2 day today and since I wasn't driving to MD and it was too humid (rain) to epoxy and sand outside I decided to:
picked up my beach mooring pass,
signed up for fleet 250/Sandy hook bay cat club
picked up a new mast casting
Picked up my sails and tramp from the sailmaker
Douse my DS rod in Corrosion X see if I can't break it or break it free either way I'll have an answer.
