Not mine but it looks like it could clean up well. EPO's, integrated jib track ect... maybe late 90's?
for $800 is a LOT better than a 70's/80's for sure if there's no major damage and its complete.

It’s an early to mid-90’s boat based on the hull graphic (late 90’s had the current diamond graphic), so still pushing 25 years old. Rudders may be EPO or they could be the (lower quality) black PCG rudders. It also appears to have a replacement, clear anodized mast (all masts from the mid-80’s onward were black anodize) and several access ports installed in the hulls which could indicate prior repairs. You are correct, this boat would have some modern fearures like integrated traveler tracks.
